So I was driving on the freeway and ran over something fairly large....It ended up ripping the plastic cover on the bottom and pretty much breaking all the tabs that hold the screws in and the right fender liner flew off as well...

Can anyone help me out as to how to fix the tabs or putting all the plastic pieces on securely. I ordered the fender liner so once that comes in I will try to put it back on again. I just want it secure again because the first time i tried to put it back on it wasn't secure enough and the wind from the freeway broke it off again...

any input will be helpful, thanks for all the help.
