lol whats anything have to do with the dyno? Weather, and varying HP numbers on the VQ would largely be to blame...

but thats just my .02

Made an appt, drop off my car, sat around there for a couple hours and then they gave me my car back.

There was another HR Z that made 292whp or something like that after the tune and another one of my friends made 281whp after a tune, same dyno..

I think I just got lucky with the weather and some good tuning lol.

SAE or STD?....probably a substantial (~5%) difference if the weather was cool and dry.

Absofuginglutely not. If this dyno is on either side of the friendly line, it's on the conservative side. Guys, including myself, have done back-to-back dynos at two other local shops, and this one is historically the lowest by absolute number, but within statistical variation. If modded VQs (non-HR) can make 265-275rwhp with a tune, why isn't it conceivable for modded HRs with a tune to make 300rwhp? What do you think fair numbers are for the HR?

Good numbers, and certainly within the range of the other HRs that were tuned by ZCG. Now you make more hp than my 350Z, this is not acceptable. We'll have to settle this with a timed lap around Thunderhill.

We had a local guy put his HR on a dynojet a few months ago....intakes, hfc, exhaust a tune...294whp SAE. 302 is within reason.

STD, temp was 64.6, humidity was 24% that was on my last/best pull.

Oh yeah? let me just order some different springs and borrow some R comps and you got a deal..even though you'd still completly rape me in lap times lol.

SAE is corrected for atmospheric conditions, etc. It is a way of standardizing the results. STD is the raw number at the given conditions.

If the weather conditions are as mentioned and in STD......it would read high. SAE would be cold water to the nuts though.
