Geat time yesterday, much better venue than Blackhawk. Met alot of new friends and caught up with old friends. The caravan down with 7 cars was great, everyone in our caravan appeared to have a great time and for some it was their first ZONC annual car show.
Well organized event, thanks to ZONC officials and member volunteers. Weather was perfect although I failed on my checklist (above) and forgot the hat and sunscreen, can you say Red Lobster.

Cindy & I are a couple of crispy critters! We both put sunscreen on our faces, but still got fried! I think I put mine on too late, cause my face is toast! Being in a vert with the top down all day probably didn't help any. We both had a great time though. Lots of awesome Z's and good people.

My son Zachary and I both got the sting. Bought some Aloe right away on the way home put it on last night as I was stinging and again this morning. Makes a difference already.

Hey Warren ..
Good to finally meet you ..
It was a nice event .. an excellent venue. It reminded me of JCCS in Long Beach at the Queen Mary. (Of course w/o the Queen Mary in the background). The weather was perfect .. the wind didn't come up until late in the day.
Got tons of pics .. will work on them a little bit tonite (I"m tired) .. and will probably have some pics up by tomorrow ..

Not too Hot, Not too Cold
After the Z fest, about 20+ survivors then went to the Raddison around the corner for a simmer-down food fest. Good Times, Good food, Good People, Great Zs!
Totally perfect weather! So many beautiful cars & people there made it a total success.
Sorry to hear about the Pink Nose epidemic. Nothing like the Blackhawk Scorcher of 2009, thank goodness. Next year, it's add the sun bloc on the list of things to bring.
Other friends will see us out & about next week and ask, "Where were the Zs this weekend ?" as they see our pink noses and foreheads.

To all my new caravaning ZONC friends... Kathy and I and of course Charlie and Pam really enjoyed our time and experience.. This was our first and certainly not the last time we'll participate in the fun.. Definitely a bit sunburned! Of course, had sunscreen, but did we use it? Hell no! Face was ON FIRE last night.. Hello ALOE. Anyway, thanks again!!
