I couldn't get past:
Itasha, literally "painmobile", is a Japanese term for an otaku fad of individuals decorating the bodies of their cars with fictional characters of anime, manga, or video games (especially bishōjo game or eroge). These characters are predominately "cute" female. The decorations usually involve paint schemes and stickers
Lol i met the guy with the Z and the blue flower looking graphics thing at EuroSunday, he was a pretty cool guy. I thought the crews name rang a bell...he gave me a flyer for this i think...or maybe another event...

It's a different (could be a lot worse - i.e. I don't classify them as "ricers') look.
That "itasha" look is pretty fanatical in Japan .. lots of "way-out-there" applications done.
They're a pretty cool crew.
Yeah, they've been to a few EuroSunday events (that's where I 1st met 'em).
They're real big on supporting the community .. typically involved with the EuroSunday "RallyForKids" events .. and earlier this year they hosted a fundraiser (for RedCross) for Japan Tsunami/Earthquate Relief.
I'll be at the show ..

+2, exactly. i definitely dont put that in a ricey category. I'm all for people being different and doing what makes em feel good so props to em for that
