John, you should say something about the pricing. I'd go for it if I weren't struggling financially. And, ironically enough, my next project (besides kicking a$$ at work) is to save up enough to buy a house, so I may end up in your situation within a year.

I meant a house (corrected in original post). Sorry, Freudian slip (see how much I think of Icy Z)! Then again, the Z isn't just a car, right?

ahhhhhhhhhh..................

a house can do that to people.

yeah, houses are getting expensive here in california.

all the bay area peeps are moving to the sacaramento valley area and are bringing up the housing market.

sheesh.........my base house alone was $380,000 without upgrades for a one story 2770 square feet home on 8900 square feet of property. it came out to $440,000 with all the upgrades to the house.

damn, it's a builders market here in california.

It's a builder's market cuz extreme environmentalists don't want anyone to build homes lest some lame excuse for a species dies out.

yeah, that's why all the housing market in sacramento is inflated up because of all the bay area commuters that here now!!!!

man, there is a development near my house that has one acre lots with 4000 square feet 1-story homes with a base price of around $600,000. wish i was able to afford these!!!!!

but my 2800 square foot home is good enough for 2 people as is.

move up here whatever!!!!!!

I'll take your seats if you're planning to get rid of them too (and they are still in good shape).
