Just call the cops when you see him, if you can record his action with a phone camera or video camera, turn it in. Then when he gets a ticket for reckless driving you will have to do without seeing the recklessness for a good while.

well to be more specific, I think its replica nismo LM wheels. Also twin canister exhaust, very loud. He also had a nose mask on his bumper. Will try to get video of it if the chance arrives again

Unfortunately most people in this state don't realize the "slower traffic keep right" signs apply to them.
Driving to SoCal down I-5 is the worse. I hate folks that sit in the left lane the whole way, I'll gladly pass on the right if they won't move.

I just got back from europe and its amazing how disciplined they are with their driving on hwys.... They drive fast but always move over for faster cars and always keep the passing lane clear. I drove home from the airport in canada and was so annoyed with north american driving habits. Cops need to enforce the laws more. My dad got a ticket in europe for being in the passing lane with no other cars in sight... Serves him right.. Haha.
