Angry whoever you are in the Silver Z w/black rims...

heading north on 880 every morning entering from Stevenson, CHILL THE F*** out with your driving.

I just had to rant on here because you very nearly hit me with your pro race car driving skills this morning in my Subaru. It was this close from you clipping me and pushing you right under that big rig.

Makes me disappointed that a fellow Z guy is this moronic very early morning every single day. Maybe you need to set your alarm clock 5 mins early so you don't need to speed and weave through traffic every morning!!!

If I hadn't known about his driving behavior before hand and was situated next to him, he would of slammed right into my side going 70+ today. I was even in the lane next to the far right.

He suddenly speeds by my right thinking he is going to exit, but then suddenly tries to cut in front me with less than a car length between me and a big rig to my right. I suddenly had to jam on the brakes and good thing no car was behind me.

Then he speeds off doing the same thing weaving in and out like a mad man and you do this everytime I see your car! Relax bro!!

Mostly mornings when I enter the freeway at the metering light. Then he uses the lights like its the countdown to a drag race and speeds off.

From time to time I catch him on the way back in the afternoon. But his driving is always the same thing

Yeah, I see a bunch of douche bags on 880 every morning. Im just glad I hit the freeway before it gets busy. I hate the ones that sit in the lane next to carpool doing 65 when everybody else is doing 75-80.

this can simply be resolved.

follow him.

when he parks, call police.

what you've described is criminal - so file a police report
as he assaulted you with his vehicle.

watch him get cuffed.

happy ending.

Yeah... Its not that easy. Cops around here (Im sure most places) wont do anything unless physical harm was actually done. Unless its on camera, its his word against the other guy.

I know it’s a b!tch move but OP can report it to CHP as a possible DUI and if he is still driving unsafe, they will deal with it. Im sure those of you driving 880 have noticed the increase in CHP from Mission through Decoto. They are out there and will be more than wiling to intercept the driver if they are called.

Cali - I am correct. I have made this point effectively in the past.
You should make sure you understand exactly what assault consists of:

assault 1) v. the threat or attempt to strike another, whether successful or not, provided the target is aware of the danger. The assaulter must be reasonably capable of carrying through the attack. In some states if the assault is with a deadly weapon (such as sniping with a rifle), the intended victim does not need to know of the peril. Other state laws distinguish between different degrees (first or second) of assault depending on whether there is actual hitting, injury or just a threat. "Aggravated assault" is an attack connected with the commission of another crime, such as beating a clerk during a robbery. 2) n. the act of committing an assault, as in "there was an assault down on Third Avenue." Assault is both a criminal wrong, for which one may be charged and tried, and civil wrong for which the target may sue for damages due to the assault, including for mental distress.
