Cost effective, aftermarket brakes install Eastbay

Socal transplant here. I'm trying to install Carbotechs, just the pads, in my fronts. Any places that you guys recommend near Eastbay that can do it for about 80 or less?

Why not DIY? It's very easy and require minimal tools. There is a how to on here somewhere.
