John if you're taking Bart, you will have to hop on the bus to get to Fort Mason. However if you drove, there's a lot of parking garages around the area esp if you come early.

Most (?) of the NorCAL (Sac) guys .. spent the night (closer, if not in SF) before the event. This way they could clean (wash/detail) the cars .. either the night before or early that morning ..

parking last year was insane. gotta get there at like 7am if you don't want to have to park a mile away. I got there at 10 and it took me an hour to find parking 12 blocks away.

I dont know if im going to get a room down there or what...most likely that will be the case though...would be nice to stay in the same hotel as other people though!

I think last year staging times started 'round 7AM .. cars were lining up as early as 5AM.
