The Bay Bridge is supposed to be closed the weekend of WEKFEST. So you are advised to plan alternate routes.

Thats all the information that I have. I don't have any other details. Maybe the locals can provide more information.

 

That sucks. I guess it's going to be I-5 to 205 to 580 then the San Mateo bridge.

Feb 17th (Friday - starting at 8pm) to Feb 21st (Tuesday at 5am). West bound - upper deck of the Bay Bridge (into SF) will be closed for bridge repairs.

East bound - lower deck will be open.

Please print out your PAYPAL confirmation receipt as this will be your ticket through the staging gates. Staging and Check In details will be posted on www.WEKFEST.com 1-2 weeks prior to the event. Event time is 1pm-6pm with typical staging times from 8am-11am.

^thanks, i ended up finding the information..i will just have to keep checking the site for the specific time...I woudl assume 7-8 am is about normal

 

I'd recommend being on-site approx 1-2 hours BEFORE you scheduled check in time. Unless things go super smooth .. there will be delays. Checking in and staging will take some time.

I thought more Z's would be attending. I think i only counted like 6 including my self.

 

Well looks like ill be staying at the motel Capri, cheapest and closest place i could find. Im staying there Saturday and Sunday, anyone else rooming in the city that weekend?

Im not too sure what i will be dooing on Sunday night after the show to be honest. Maybe hit up a couple bars or check out the nightlife around my hotel with the girlie...duno yet though...
