The BIG Stoneridge Meet 8/17/12
Every year I put together the biggest car gathering in Northern California. Last year was insane 1,500 cars and roughly 2,000 people. From American Muscle, Import Tuners, and Exotics it was all there. It is going down again this year August 17th 2012 7pm. The location is the most central location for most of the Bay Area.

Yeah it was major fail...
I might as well tell a little story while we are at it.
Left my house at like 5, wanted to get some dinner @ the Chinese restaurant over in the mall...
Got there at like 6. All the entrances to mall were blocked off and there were cops everywhere. You could only get out and not in. Then if you looked on the FB event page, everyone was telling everyone where to go. So ultimately there were like 5-6 different locations.
I went to one of the locations near buffalo wild wings in Dublin that was posted. Stopped by, not much turnout. Then I went to the other location which was target in Dublin. Not much of a turnout either... it was about 6:30 by now or my wife and I were starving. We decided to get some dinner at BJ’s bar n Grille. Once we dodged the fuzz, we decided to leave for In N Out @ Auto Mall. On our way out of the parking lot there were three cops there pulling people over. Although all the meet people had already left I suppose. We go down to Fremont and there are tons of cops, everyone getting pulled over, decide to head to the secret Tapioca spot and then more cops go there as well. Then head down to Fantasia over at Milpitas and relax there for a bit. Then headed out to higher echelon meet and chilled there for the rest of the night. Remind me never to go down there as there were high school kids there and tons of weed smoking going on in the parking lot. I decide to call it quits and head on home. As I’m leaving this crappy Civic hatchback primer w/ black bumpers follows me. Supposedly from team full throttle. He follows me almost home then I decide to leave him near the Altamont as he was following me for too long. Talked to some people who organized one of the meet and apparently Full throttle goes to shows/meets and targets cars to steal. So next time be care guys.
Cliffs – It was crappy and watch out for crappy Honda owners as they are little thieves.
