Question Mystery Spot Meet 01/31/04

UPDATED(01/27/04) Itinerary:
1.Meet at Santa Row @ 10:45AM.
2.Drive down to the spot @ 11:00AM
3.Get to Spot @ 11:45AM
3.Spot Tour. @ 12:00PM
4.go to SC for lunch
5.Come back Hwy 9

UPDATED (01/25/04) MEET INFO:
We buy tickets first for the 12:00PM and do the tour first then head over to Santa Cruz for lunch.

Since, it's going to be a logistic nightmare for me to try to figure out who wants to do the tour and who just want to do the meet, and how many people I would have to buy tickets for.

SO...If you want me to purchase tickets for you, please PM me with your name and how many tickets. I will be purchasing the tickets tomorrow night (Monday night (01/26/04) @ 10:00PM) for those that have PM me before that. I'll collect the money from you at the meet.
You're welcome to buy your own tickets online as well. For those that I didn't get a PM, you need to buy your own tickets online if you want to do the tour.

If everyone agrees with this new plan with the 12:00PM Spot tour, here is the link to buy tickets online if you want to get your own.
http://www.eventicketing.com/mystery...eservation.jsp

and once again, we will not be making an extra stop anymore. I will update the first page with the latest info.

Original Post:

It's been a while since we had a meet and drive. It's a brand new year and looks like rain is subsiding. Since Super Bowl is on the same Sunday and not everyone is fortunate enough to go see it live, I figure everyone should be around the neighborhood that weekend.

The reason I picked Mystery Spot is because I need more yellow bumper sticker

Actually, This route would give us a nice drive down Hwy 17. Stop at the spot for some pictures. Then return back through Hwy 9.

It's an interesting place to check out if you never been there. If you have, I know you can always use another bumper sticker.
Remember to bring $5.00 for Admission if you want to go in.
I have setup a poll to get an idea of how many people are interested in going so I can submit a group reservation.

Stucked

No bz8 is now a traitor and should be treated as such in the presence of any Z owner. Death by Mugomba!!!! j/k tony- we won't actually kill you

Probably won't be able to meet up on this one- we're moving over the next several weekends. But I like the PITA answer so that's what I'm voting.

Traitor?! Of all people, I can't believe you calling me a traitor Jason. You know I'm still a Z driver at heart. I guess if I'm a traitor I won't need to return the leather seats to my friend Jason, just messing with you .

Dave, thanks for the invite. I have to check my work schedule when I get back. My G purchase isn't finalized, who knows I might be drive in my black track Z .

Hehe, I'm there! What's pita? And I vote for meeting up in the afternoon instead. We could go to Santana Row and park all the Z's together. Besides, that way churchgoers can fulfill their holy obligations.

Except my Z will be hecka dirty. Always is. Sad.

Too bad black paint doesn't hide dirt. as it makes sense for it to do so (stains hide well whenever my black shirts get dirty ).

Never been there but I'll be there. I've always wondered what or where the heck that place is.

Maybe I'll win the lottery also and be boosted for the meet. Wishful thinking . . . but you never know.

just realized something - the road to the mystery spot is one lane, very bumpy, some parts i think are dirt. i'm not sure if our z's would do good on that road. has anyone actually driven a z on it before? i can go check this weekend, as the mystery spot is 10 min from my apt.
