welcome to the wonderful world of 350zs!!!
and yes it will fit the rsx. it'll also fit is300s, bmws, accords,etc.... basically any car with the same bolt pattern that can fit a 19" rim with a 40 offset.
and don't worry bout the price....... i will give you "special" pricing
