Default Where to get my NISMO S-TUNE installed?? (Sunnyvale area)

Hi everyone...I just got my s-tune and my friend says he can't install it for me...says rears are different from the ones he's done, and he doesn't think he can do them.

anyone know of any good shops (inexpensive ones...) where i can get these installed? i saw some posts of ppl saying they were quoted 400-600 don't these things cost like 100-150 to get installed?!

also, if it's not hard to install on my own...does anyone wanna give me a hand with it i've never installed these things before

Suspension is not that hard but easiest w/ a lift. You can call our mechanic, Robert (Stage Motorsports).

For the front you should not need a spring compressor since the Nismo is the complete assembly (spring/strut). You need a spring compressor if you are doing springs only. On the rear suspension the spring is "off" the strut. Once you drop the rear suspension the rear spring comes out fairly easy.

Call Robert for a quote- his number is 408-971-3270. I would imagine it would be $150-$250 but Robert can give you a more accurate estimate. $400-$600 is way to high.

The shop is located in SJ off Almaden Exwy.

so the rear S-tune suspension is the same setup as the stock ones (as in, "off" the strut)... ? are all aftermarket suspension the same? or are other coilovers literally coil-overs in the rear....?

I believe all the aftermarket setups (at least all the ones I've seen) follow the OEM setup with the spring off the strut.

I'm attempting to install my S-tune this Friday in Northern CA. I don't think that it will be difficult. I'm going to do front first, them the back using jackstands. It was funny reading the instructions that it came with. The first of NISMO instructions that were written in English. I think I will have to get the spoiler instructions translated.
