Looks like that other post you linked to is already closed. I'm guessing it's because he posted in a non-for-sale type of forum... oops... means mine is probably next.

oops sorry- I think I closed it on accident when I was messing with the admin options- it's open again. I usually don't move when people are looking for local person to sell to or buy from.
