"Our move to the new building is scheduled for July. We will move a little at a time, to make the move as easy and smooth as possible. There will be no vacations or time off approved during July. The new building is very nice, and I'm sure everyone will be very happy there."
Maybe a sick day unless I'm told that I'm needed on the weekend to situate the network setup in the new building...

Uh oh- All Datsun meet at Shasta is on the same weekend. We may need to push Vegas out or pull it in a week. Otherwise I'm out as I've already made some verbal commitments to go to the All Datsun meet. If you all still want to go 14-16th that's cool, but I can't make this particular date.

So I'm proposing new dates- Friday, July 23 - Sunday, July 25. I checked hotel prices and they're the same as the weekend prior. Does this date work for more people or should we push it out (pull it in)?

RIO ROOMS
ALRIGHT... I booked rooms at the RIO for 4 Nights (what can i say...i like Casinos )
Here's the breakdown: I got 2 free nights (THURS & SUN),So...
Thurs 7/22: Free
Fri 7/23: $79
Sat 7/24: $79
Sun 7/25: Free
I am flying in on Thursday night because for (1) Free Room and (2) usually cheaper Flights on Thursday...
If you guys want to share rooms with me, you're more than welcome to... we can just split the total $160/# people... which is really cheap... We are only getting charged for Friday and Saturday... RIO rooms are all suites, so plenty of room with 2 Queen Beds and a huge L shaped Sofa... I got the offer today so i booked it right away... So basically 4 (weekend) nights for $160... If we need a second room, let me know. We wont get the free rooms on the 2nd room but i might be able to get some discounts... (gotta talk to some pit bosses )
Let me know who's down and we can work out the logistics later on...

Rio Standard Suites
I reserved 2 Queen Beds Non Smoking (i think only 1 King Bed is shown in the pictures)
600 sq. ft of space...

If we do get more peeps... its either we cram em all in the suite or we can get another suite for a reasonable rate (which im not sure what it is yet)... but us 6 are set.
Start lookin for them flights ya'll... i will most likely fly out Thursday night 7/22 (around 10pm) out of Oakland (Aloha Airline, their rates are usually really great around $120 RT)... and return Monday morning 7/26 (around 8am

Airfare cost up the a$$.
Round trip Airfare:
Aloha Airlines = $180
Southwest = $220
I remember Southwest use to offer for $120 roundtrip, what the hell happened?? Anyways, I'm up for $220 with Southwest cause Aloha has jacked up hours. Plus, the $30 hotel cost evens out the cost of the trip. But I think I'm going to wait on purchasing the air tickets for now, I notice that Southwest usually bump down the cost during the 3rd or 4th week before the travel date.
