Been emailing someone at Premier about installing a clearbra, and asked about detailing/reconditioning because I saw them listed on the directory as that too, and he said they don't do any of that, so probably want to just list them as tint and clearbra only.

+1 on Mobilewheelrepair (Sean) 510.504.1517. Just finished getting my rims fixed up just now. Little over an hour since I had to get 2 fixed for curb rash, one was majorly rashed up full circle around the lip. He's mobile so he did it right at my office parking lot while I was at work. Damn now I wish I took before and after shots, and afterwards I couldn't even tell it was ever messed up... my fixed wheels look newer than the ones that weren't damaged now

Depends how bad it is I think. The majorly bad one that was pretty much full lip damage full circle was $130, the one in the back was $100 'cause it wasn't as bad. It really depends though I think, I have the oem '06 18" wheels so I'm guessing it would be different if you had something like powdercoated multi-piece wheels.

Also wanted to add Bozz Power Tuning to the list of vendors. They sell many parts from Japan and is one of the two CUSCO distributors in the USA. Kenric there is a great guy. Make sure you tell him Derek sent you and he should take care of you.

Anyone have any good recommendations on shops to get my brakes done? I haven't brought a car into a shop in years and was wondering if you guys had recommendations. I'm looking for simple rotor resurfacing and changing pads. Either in the East Bay or Peninsula area would be ideal.

Yeah, if I was just changing pads, I would do it myself. I think I should resurface my rotors though. Does it cost as much as just buying new ones? How often should you change out rotors or shoes, etc?

So I would look at about 30 bucks for the fronts to be re-surfaced?Yeah, $30 for the fronts. I normally get it done on Monterey Hwy, in San Jose, CA. where all the car shops are at right behind Midas. The asian mechanic shops. It normally takes them 30-45 minutes to do all four rotors.
