Thumbs up SF Bay Area Zaino

I was reading the Bay Area businesses thread in this forum and noticed there was a Zaino distributor in South San Jose.

I forgot to order Z6 with my last Zaino order and did not feel like spending $9 in shipping charges so I called the person listed (Steve) this morning.

I was super friendly, had Z6 for me at the same price as the Zaino site and since I was coming down from San Francisco, told me he would meet me in Mountain View since he had other business to do there.

Not only was he patiently waiting for me (sorry Steve for being 5 minutes late), but he had included a small microfiber towel with my Z6 to welcome me as a first time customer.

We chatted for a while (right across the street from a 4 car pile-up) while admiring each other's cars (he has a beautiful Vette).

Great customer service! I will definitely do business with him again. Here is all of his info:

Whoa, thanks man! I was going to place an order for Zaino next week (through ZainoBros.com), but local is better. I'm in dire need to alleviate the swirls and scratches on my SB

Some of the BA members may have wondered why I didn't take out my Z to the pocket bike meet... now they know why

some of you are aware of the frequency with which i wash my car... (or infrequency) and every time i do the water beads like mad. It should be called "Baby's *** Car Cleaner."

Last I chat with him, he ordered the new vette (C6???) with the new styling and he'll have it early next year.......

Hi all. I'm not from Cali, but Steve contacted me a few days ago on one of my Zaino question threads.

I agree, anyone who wants Zaino, DF towels, or other detailing items should buy from Steve. He is wonderful to deal with and truly knows the ins and outs of customer satisfaction. I ordered stuff from him last night. His other website seems to be down at the moment (http://ultramicrofiber.com), but I have faith that he is for real.
