I'm interested in the black housing. Are we all going to drive up to sac? If so we should cruise together. Caravan would be pretty fun. How hard do you guys think this would be? Something we do ourselves?

He has installed my shocks, camber kit, pulleys, exhaust, headers, and car audio equipment and I must say he has done an excellent job. He's even already removed my friend's 350z's headlight's orange strip, who also posts here (onecrazy350) who will be posting pictures of his headlights shortly. I am more than happy to give my reccomendation.
How can I contact this Ei-ccord person. I pm'd but no response so far...

I think we should all just forget about this thing. It's been a couple weeks and he still hasn't responded. Obviously he doesn't have the time to help us out. If my headlight started leaking I wouldn't want to wait a month for him to get it resolved. First impressions are everything.

Wow...

This is totally my fault guys... For a while this thread was up, and said to PM me with inquiries, and I recieved nothing. I am used to a completely different V-Bulletin set-up and this one is quite difficult to navigate through... not to mention for 2 weeks it wouldn't let me log in due to an e-mail confirmation that was never sent, then I was mysteriously able to log in again...

Anyways, I responded to the 2 PM that I had in my box, one regarding lights, and the other regarding cams.

I will respond again to each of you after this message.

Again, I am sorry for the confusion, and you are right, first impressions are everything. I just hope the damage hasn't been done.

OK, so this may be a bit easier...

The prices are on the first post.
It seems that most want cleared or black housed HL.
Clearing will be $125.
Black housing will be $175 (I will provide meterials).

I will guarantee all of my work, and I haven't had a headlight leak (Honda or Nissan) in over a year.

My e-mail is jennandtoby@frontiernet.net if you need a more immediate response. However, I am a technician for Elk Grove Honda and work an average of 11 hours a day, so my response will most likely be in the later evening (past 7PM).

I just did a G35 coupe last night... what a pain...

New pricing for G35 owners, $200 to clear out stock lights. IF you have the "clear-insert" then I can do it for $125. But if not, the orange circlular portion has to be cut out of the chrome housing.

Ei-ccord,

I'm interested in blacking out my housing and have a clear stip. How much for this setup? The pricing you've provided above is simply for clear OR blacked out. How long does this usually take? When clearing, do you simply take out the strip or replace it with a clear one? Please PM to coordinate.

Thanks!
James

I don't think Ei-ccord has the clear strips. He would just take the amber strip out and black out your housing for $175. I'm trying to schedule for him to clear mine some time in Dec...

Thanks kamz. Hmmm? Anyone know where I can get the clear strip so I can have him swap it out?

LOL... man, join the club... there's a long list of people trying to get these... Ares used to have them but he ran out, trying to make more but his guy is slow as snails... Mr Zipps is in the process of trying to make these and will update the board when he has something done, so in other words... as far as I know NOWHERE...

I even tried contacting clearcorners but they said they don't sell individual parts (that's probably cause they want you have them do your headlights for $800-$1000).

Damn!!!

Guess we're SOL. Oh well, I'd rather pay $175 for black housing + no clear strips than pay $800-$1K. I think that ridiculous!!! I might as well invest that for something that provides power like headers!!!

My feelings exactly!!! Not to say that they don't do an awesome job. My friend got his done and they look badass!!! but like you said, I'd rather put the zooom in my Z with that amount of money.

Sorry for the delay guys!

Again, e-mail is the best method to get ahold of me.

Anywho... removing the orange is $125, and any variation of a blackhousing (i.e. with or without the strip) will be $175. I, of course will provide the needed materials.

I also have some VHT lense tint spray. It actually looks pretty good, and gives colored lenses the "smoked" effect.

I was the first to get my G35C headlight amber removed by Ei-Accord a.k.a Toby. All I have to say is, he is very professional and very dedicated to this work.

Since I was the first to do it from him and it was his first G35C, we came into some complications. But he handled it very professionally and I am very impressed of his work.

He also guarantees his work 100%.

Sorry I do not have pictures right now, I'm currently so busy with school and I will get pictures up on Saturday to see the ending result.
