I've put my name down, but I'm not 100% certain I can go. I've got a trip planned at the end of Dec. and I am unsure as to the dates I will be gone. In any event, I will pay the $65 fee whether or not I go (unless we get enough ppl).

This might sound stupid, but can we get any of the SoCal ppl to roll w/ us?

actually if we can't get 20, we were planning on rolling with the SoCal folks. But I was hoping we can get our own NorCal Booth.
8 more to go!!!

I just sent out feelers among my friends. One's got a Supra who's got maybe 2 friends he can bring. Another's got an S2000. A third has an Integra. The last two are iffy, but the first guy might be good to go. I'll also try to get a guy I know with an STi, but he won't be back in country until next month. When's the deadline?

I guess I'll give it till the end of Sept. or until the SoCal guys come knocking

that'll give us about a month to get all the payment in and pick a good spot?

Any word on the number of guys you got? Check out the SoCal thread for payment info if you wanna join in with us. I'm trying to get SoCal's payment in by mid-October and hope there are spots still available.

We're knocking. Btw, if you are sending your payment in direct, please let them know it's a 3fivezeroZ club thing so that you're included with us for preferential parking, tent and all the extras described in the So. Cal. thread.

doesn't look like we're gonna get our 20... So we're gonna roll with the SoCal folks.

Please get your payment in ASAP and post here if you paid so we can get the caravan info and hotel stay planned.

Copied from socal forum
"After more conversations with Paramax, it turns out that each credit card charge is considered one separate transaction and the $2.50 transaction fee will apply.

So this means that if you will be paying by credit card, VIP tix are $65.00, weekend passes $50.00, and a $2.50 transaction fee will be added to your purchase along with minimal shipping cost.

In short, it will be a little cheaper to pay by check. If you plan on attending and have not sent payment yet, please do so ASAP. Until payment is made for 20 attendees, we do not have a reserved space. It would be unfortunate if they are all sold out of spots by the time we get our money in.

You can mail checks (reference Club: 3FIVEZEROZ) made payable to PARAMAX to my work address:
Erica Katsuyama
SMALL, HENSTRIDGE, CABODI & PYLES
28202 Cabot Road, Suite 600
Laguna Niguel, CA 92677

Credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) payments can be made by calling Stephen Dietrich of Paramax Consulting at (323) 936-5221. Let him know you are with club name 3FIVEZEROZ."

I'm planning on paying by credit card. If you want, sent me the money or get the money to me somehow, I'll do a single charge so Norcal will get charge $2.50 once.
I'm going to charge my payment on Oct. 3rd. So you guys have alittle bit over a week to save $2.50.

hey dave, it's Rie... i really want you guys to have your own Nor Cal spot and you only have 8 more to go, right? there's still a little time, i bet you will have 20... i'm a little late replying on the board these days, but i'm down to go to this event as well, hope i'm not too late! so then you'd only need 7 more i thing... i'm already down here and not too far from fontana, so i'm extending a place for some of you nor cal z'ers to crash and the 2 G's, if you like... i live in a house, so space isnt a problem... when we had our housewarming party, we had 35 people spend the night, so i don't think some of you would be a problem.. haha! so let me know, k?

Michelle,
Why don't you drive down with us? I'll have a few NSXs joining our caravan as well. Should be a fun drive.

Hey gang, we're getting close to the end of booking for clubs. I know between No. Cal. and So. Cal. we will have 20 members. I'm not sure that will be the case if we don't join up. And, besides, it would be nice to hook up with each other. So, unless you're set on having your own area, consider making your payment and advising Stephen or Randy that you're participating with 3fivezeroZ.

Look forward to seeing you folks there.

Just read this for the 1st time today. Sounds like fun. I'm down. I'm a bit confused as to how we get our own booth though, if we call in our payment and say we are part of fivezeroz. If we later hit the 20 # we get our own booth? It really doesn't matter. I'd like to meet up wth the socal crew anyway.
