Welcome to the boards, pyropete. I'm in El Dorado Hills, but bought my Enth in Elk Grove. They're a nice outfit over there. You have lots of room to haggle.

Based on the mods you've done on that nice RSX, the Z will feel a bit slow, but that's OK since you've already test drove your sister's Touring.

If you plan to mod the Z quite a bit, get the base model, and buy the LSD of your choice. I don't have VDC, and I turn off my traction control everytime I get into the car (except when the roads are wet). If you must have traction control, HID lamps, homelink mirror, and the OEM LSD, then the Enthu is the way to go.

Hey, scubasteve, I took my Z to Thunderhill last thursday for the first time. It was a blast!!! I went with hookedondriving.com, and I hope to see another Z out there some time.

A Sac meet would be fun, a Thunderhill meet would be even more fun.

Ahh! I've been talking about going to Thunderhill for over a year now but never got off my @ss and actually did so. I'd love to hear about your time at the track.

hahah Yah usually the same with me when it comes to getting off my ***..

How is that clear bra working? I think I need one for a black Z. Taking my car out tonight for one last spin..

I am not going with the base because I don't plan on putting in an aftermarket LSD. When I went the bolt-on way life was simple.. One mod at a time, but once I started messing with the engine, and tramsmission on my RSX it seemed like I was adding pieces to the mods on a weekly basis or something would go wrong with a mod and I would have to go w/o my car to fix it.

Oh well, meets sound fun, so I cant wait. Of course I want to throw on mods as quickly as I can so I will not be the only stockie out there. But the Zs look amazing stock

My car is out for a while....getting wheels done finally. They should be ready Tues or Weds next week. I'll post pictures when they are done. Also, I'm going to Gruppe-S in a few weeks for some work. They are great there and don't charge an arm and a leg for work. I do most of my own work, but with this car, you have to choose your battles wisely.

I don't know if we have a group yet for the meet. I asked on the main thread for the meet, no response. Anyone here also going to the meet? We could have our own little caravan!

PM me if anyone wants me to head up the Sacto group.

12SecZ is going, but I'm not too sure if he's spending the night in the Bay Area though...
