Bay Area Dent Day - $25 a dent
Hi guys!
Vince asked me to start up a dent day thread in here but I was so busy it completely slipped my mind. Sorry~!
At any rate, I've been told you guys would like to do a dent day. Basically, it's like a regular meet where you guys can get together and shoot the breeze. I also ask my friend to come out and do dent repair. He charges $25 a dent (cash only). The only catch is we need to have at least 10 dents in order for this to be worth the dent guy's time. ^_^
There is no painting or drilling involved. This guy is good. He is the one I always call when we need a dent day for the S2000s.
Two questions:
1) When is a good day for you guys (don't want to conflict with other meets)?
2) Does anybody live in San Jose/San Francisco area with a garage we could use? If it rains, the dent guy prefers to work inside so he can see better.
After I get a good idea of when/where to have the meet, I'll open up a sign-up thread.

That would be a good idea, but if it's raining we need someplace covered and dry for the dent guy to work. Sometimes he needs to get on the floor to get hard to reach dents, and it wouldn't be nice to make him lay around on the wet ground, right?

But at least it beats $100 a dent.

I would offer up my place, but I live in Antioch. I think that's way too long of a drive for some of you people.
