Does anyone have or know anyone that has a set of 17's or 18's that are decently light anywhere from 8-9 inches wide. Wanting to get a second setup for autox, thanks in advance! Is anyone intersted in going to MSCC's event next month there wasn't a single Z out there yesterday. Only other nissan was a r35

Welded a bung on 1 testpipe for my wideband, wrapped the fuel line in heat wrap and installed my new oil pan (all by myself BTW ) We also got the wires for my boost controller and wideband through the firewall. We also had to weld up one of my manifolds b/c it was cracked Should have the motor back in next weekend.

Still not sure about where to get it tuned. :/ need to make that appt soon....
I personally would not drive it 3 hours if I were you. When I put my turbine in I was running super rich. What size injectors are you running. If your running 440 or above your going to be running real rough and will be blowing lots of smoke and my idle was real bad. The car was very unsafe to drive, I just didn't
have a choice at the time. Personally I would trailer it to a tune shop. This being my experience just trying to drive 4 miles from my house to CFT. Not a good experience, and one I would never under go again.

On a side note, I still have my turbo kit for sale. Today is my last day in Orlando. I traded my 03 g35 in for a 07 g35 coupe 6MT. No more turbo g .
Take care guys, so sorry I couldnt make it out to any of the meets. I spent my entire vacation here working on my car everyday. I learned my lesson!

haha. Nice.

I have a ton of pix to post up. I'm just going to make a new thread when I get it all done. I plan to get it tuned at Japtrix around the 30th this month. I wish I had enough money to build the motor now since its already out of the car but pistons and fuel return kits are not cheap at all unfortunately...

Grounding kits, do they do anything or are they just a cosmetic mod? I see such mixed reviews on them. What do you guys think???

If you get 550 injectors you wont need a fuel return unless your pushing some real numbers. I dont have one which is why I went with 550 instead of 440. It allowed for me to push more fuel without having to worry about fuel loss in the rail. With the 440's I was getting fuel loss which was hurting me on the dyno, 550's and problem was solved. Saved me 1 grand as well.

I think its a waste of money personally, but that is my opinion from a friend having one on a different car (Eclipse), he had it dyno'd without and with, NO CHANGE = waste of cash.

ahh well thats quite a bit of HP, I would probably get the fuel return as well since your car will be requiring alot of fuel.
