Default Stuck/Seized bolts

Hey guys, kind of a dumb post, but the last 3 times I have gone to do a mod on my Z I run into the same problem of seized/stuck bolts. Right now I can't get the bolt off my rear camber to install my new camber kit.

I wanted to kick this one around to see what some of you guys do when you run into this problem.

My Z was produced/sold in Dec of 2002, and I wouldn't be surprised if some of the components have never been removed. Here are the things I do, but it I will spend 3 hours on one bolt before I get it off sometimes.

1.) Use PB blaster.
2.) Use my Air Compressor
3.) Use my breaker bar (this usually gets me in more trouble than what I had to begin with).

I was thinking my Air compressor maybe isn't powerful enough...its 20 gal, 150 max psi... 1.5 hp. 3.1cfm @ 90 psi...

I have heard using a torch to heat the bolt can work, but I haven't tried that yet.

What do you guys do?

My car is an 03 and it was from NY originally so when I went to do my exhaust I had a terrible time getting the bolts off. We tried WD-40 and PB Blaster first, then we ended up driving the car with no muffler to a friend's shop to use his air tools. That did the trick for me. I'm surprised that what you've tried hasn't worked yet! I can't think of anything else off the top of my head though, sorry. Good luck!!

HAHA! I got it.

I went to home depot and grabbed on of those pumbers torches. The whole get-up was on $11.

I hit the bolt w/ the torch for about 90 seconds, and BAM! came right off.

In case in one is curious I found out my air compressor does suck the big one. Apparently the most important measurement of an air compressor is the CFM, and mine is weak compared to some slightly more expensive ones.

Thanks for the input, and if anyone else has any other tips I would love to hear them.

now off to get an alignment. Tire kingdom said it was only $59....which I thought was WAYYY cheaper than I remembered. I had to ask the guy to repeat himself twice because I kept thinking he said $159.

That's a good deal. I know that Tire Kingdom does 1 year, 3 year, and 5 year alignments, and I believe the 5 year is $180. Firestone does lifetime but I forget how much that costs.
