ok guys, so I'm coming up on the end of my 3yr/36k warranty and I'm going to be taking my Z in to get a couple things looked at and some TB's done before it expires. but I'm wondering what dealer service dept is the best? I've gone to new city nissan, and I've never been all that thrilled by them. any suggestions? who has gone to king windward nissan or tony nissan? thanks.

 

I've had decent service at King Windward, but they can a little slow on TSBs, but they do a decent job. They've done all the work on my Z.

 

wow, did you get your Z from then al? I would've thought you would go to Tony Nissan considering where you live.

 

Tony's Service has done great work for me including the Tire Feathering TSB when I still had my Z. I believe that the consensus with the "Old 350Z Gang" was that Tony was the better Service Dept then. Talk to Aloha350Z. She'll give you the scoop on Tony's.

 

If you go to Tony, try seeing if you can set an appointment with Jerry Fuentas. Tell'm Chris Billete from Drift Session referred you.

Yes, Tony does a good job. They even serviced my Z that I bought in LA.
