My settings? Ricer low + stiff. The rears are all the way down. Not much left on the front either.

A friend and I put them in. Pretty straightforward. Depending how meticulous you are, you might have to readjust the height a few times.

It takes me a while to get around to things too, my SPC kit has been sitting here for a while now.
