Hey, I just got here and I'd like to find somewhere I can get an TN STK and have it installed.
I'm also thinking about a brake upgrade, clutch + flywheel, maybe some minor body work.
Anybody, let me know where would be good place to go.
Thanks
Additionally if there are some local things going on, I'd be in.

Let me be the first to say welcome
There are a few places to go. Sonic Motorsports, Vakaman and Hypersport. I would go to Sonic but it's my preference. As for body work I think GX auto if a good place but I am waiting to do my bodywork cause the roads in Hawaii suck and I have a lot of rock chips from H1 and H2

Thanks, I know all about rock chips after driving in Boston for over a year... They put sand and gravel on the roads on purpose!!
I'll check out Sonic, thanks. do you have contact info for them??
Oh, and thanks for the welcome!

You can talk to me at Sonic. Our phone number is 845-1192. Anything you need done mechanically I'm the one to see. :-) I'll be out of the shop till tuesday though. Recovering, I was a bit sick over the weekend.

sonics is def the place to go. they're the place that other "tuner" shops call when they need help with an install. seth is def the man to talk to. as for the body work, GX auto is where I go. they do a lot of custom and high end work and will usually give you a good price. they're in the phone book, just ask for mike. tell him toby with the orange Z sent you if anything. I've also heard good things about JL autobody. I'd still strongly recommend a clear bra here. meet and greets are few and far between since there isn't a strong club presence but the toys for tots thing seems promising.

what do you guys think of the Tommy Kaira kit?? I think it might be alright as long as there is an intercooler fillin some of that big open space.
Have any of you seen one in person, or seen any good pics?
