Hey Ced, when is everyone going to RMS for the dyno? I was talking to Robert (black Evo IX with bronze wheels) and Gus about getting mine back on the dyno for some more tuning... said if there was room I might be able to piggy-back for a dyno discount or something. Not trying to push anyone out their slot, just maybe if there's extra time or something. Still gotta run it by the misses though. Also, I think Rob wants to re-tune his. Myself and Robert will be doing the tuning for us.

Also gotta know when/if Spraypaint is gonna be there... don't need to start trouble at the shop.

 

My work got rescheduled for Monday so maybe a Tuesday return and break-in there after.

 

I will be there tomorrow. In the morning we are tuning Robs Supra then mine after that. Gus will probably go on Friday. Sat so far we have Scotts Supra and and MR2. Spray is not in. Doesnt have money and I wasnt letting him get in on this even if he wanted to.

 

He will still be here. Give me a buzz when u get the car back.

 

kewl, man this sucks when you have money to burn but you still gotta wait lol. I know my Turbo is only limited to about 450-500WHP but there is always nitrous to get me to 600 untill Stage 2 Turbo is out

704 on spray or off? Nice numbers man either or. Man I hope my Z gets fixed by Tuesday.

 

On the spray. But I have an exhaust leak near the wastegate and cant hold over 25 psi. On nitrous I hit 30 psi and held it. I made 640 rwhp on 22 psi with just the turbo. The nitrous is blowing through the torque converter so It wont show up on the dyno anyway looks like. Once I get another exhaust manifold I can hold 30 psi with just the turbo and should do 700 without spray. On the spray my numbers wont go up much past 700 probably but my trap speeds at the track DEFINITELY will.

Your turbo is INSANELY loud... **** was piercing my ears. Sucks that you had that leak though (when I first saw the smoke, I thought something blew). Nice numbers anyways. Did Gus get to dyno the 3000GT?

 

Yes it did around 550 I hear but had some head lift.

 

Really... I though it was supposed to be putting over 600 on pump... guess the head lift killed it. Wonder why it's lifting.

 

Not sure but maybe Ced will chime in. On the positive side tho my Z is looking good and I might be able to get it today
