Cars going back in for oil leak fix's and maybe a inspection to see what to do about the Turbo. If I get good news I may drop off the return fuel kit and 550cc injectors for the next stage if not just repair the leaks and buy more parts for the GSXR

SWEET I HAVE A CHANCE TO BE THE FIRST!!!!!!
Nah just joking man. I dont wish the headache on any one. Hope its nothing serious. Definatly let us know whats goin on man. Mine did the bomb thing when an oil return was kinked.
Side note, how did the clutch line go? What fluid did you end up using?
I ended up getting some billet tanks to replace the plastic ones that greddy sent. a 3"X16" tank for the washer, and a 2"X17" for the radiator over flow. That will free up some room there. I'll post up pics when they come in.

A kink are deep bend in the return line will definitely cause that. I sent a turbo in several times to get checked and it was the return line having too deep of a bend in it that caused my smoking. That line has to be as straight as possible or it will force oil back up into the turbo under boost and smoke.

Sonic installed the return line and they wanted to keep it going into the spacer vs tapping the upper oil pan. I'm not sure if the cause could be that the return line is below the oil line and making it work against too much pressure. Who knows, lol I'm not expert. Just seems like the seals are too sensitive.
Side note. The clutch is fixed and awesome. I used Valvoline oil but not by choice, works ok so I may leave it in.

So all bad parts and stalls aside, how difficult was the replacement?
Looking at doing that when I get the car back; along with a PS cooler, oil cooler, Hightemp hoses for the return, the billet tanks, and maybe some samco hoses to boot. Well those and modding up the bumper to put it back on and maybe get the filters back in the engine bay.

Not the return line. That thing is huge plus its like 2.5 feet upwards away from where it goes into the engine. Turbo sits so high it shouldn't pose a problem. The greddy oil returns are half the distance and go into the same area. Its actually not pressure when it comes out of the turbo. Its more like bubbling foam. The result of oil spraying onto a bearing traveling 60,000+ rpm. Hence why you don't want too small of a line or it below oil level (unless the turbo is high) because if it backs up and turns into pressure it will leak out the seal. Since your turbo practically sits above the head I'm pretty sure we shouldn't be having problems. I think its just cause its a turbonetics turbo. I've had tons of problems with them in the past with other vehicles and the same problem. Always tend to smoke too early in life.

No worries man, all are little problems you may see but every thing is workable. Just keep the info going and we can help the next guy.
Andy you get the ST or TT's? Rember on TT's there are 2X's the head aches because you got one more turbo and other to worry about. Over all man we are doing good. A steep learning curve but good.

You are still using the EU right? If so it has a basic 5.5 psi map on it. And you may think of getting that AF modual put out by greddy. It eleminates ALOT of the AF issues with being too rich. There is a recent post in the FI section about it.
go with what you need to man. I was just letting you know what was on there. It was tuned for just after my engine was put back in for the break in so its REAL conservitive.
Drove my car home tonight, everything is installed, but not fully tuned yet. Next wed, i am dropping it off to get tuned. I know i cant, but it was so tempting to punch it on H3.
