I would HEAT WRAP WRAP WRAP WRAP WRAP WRAP that AC line. I think my leak is coming from the fitting going to the compressor. Not the part were it gets bolted on, but the actual part that gets tightened. Im gonna see if i can get a wrench in there tomorrow.

sorry to go off topic here, this is where it is leaking from. Yesterday I did put some sealant in the system, and i think it might have closed the leak because I dont see the UV stuff coming out anymore

Exhaust, cats and all misc hardware are off. I have to clean up a lot of things due to my previous and possible continuing oil leaks from my spacer, I really hate the thing and probably will end up removing it and reapplying sealant. I am going to drain the oil and then I will start installing the exhaust pipes. I hope by the time I have to leave for dinner tomorrow to have all exhaust pipes installed.

Done for today, got half the exhaust pipes on and inventoried parts, I am missing some nuts/bolts so I need to make a store run later.

my turbo on my acura did the same thing to my a/c line. I used the sealant before on another one of my cars, and it ended up messing up the compressor after a few months. I wouldn't use that sealant if it starts leaking again. Sorry, but i wanted to let you know so you don't lose a compressor like i did.

Got the exhaust section done and put the turbo in. Need to get the oil leaks repaired tomorrow then put the intake side on. If I had all the parts I would finish tomorrow but oh well hopefully I get ahold of turbonetics monday and get my fittings by wednesday. Might paint the intercooler black.

I found some good instructions to route the water-cooling lines so I guess I will tackle this task as well.

I got the fittings in the mail today and go the car back on the ground. All I have to do now is install the water lines, throw some more heat wrap on and start her up.

I been too lazy I should have been done already. It's nice to take your time tho!

nice,
I am trying to figure out what to do about my AC, I still need to try to tighten the joint. If that doesnt work, ithink i will have to remove it and then put 2 o rings in the joint, but i might be able to get it out wihtout pulling everything.

Started! A little smoke and burning off and bleeding the cooling system but no big leaks so far!

Drove it around the block a little, going to wash it in an hour. Seems to be ok. I heard the BOV a little bit, hehehe.

Smoke died down from the exhaust, all the left over oil. Just have a little bit of finger tip oil to go now and some new Turbo gunk to burn off.
