Just though it was interesting. I came across it and it seems the roadmaps are fairly accurate as well as the land scapes.

 

I own this game. The landscape off the road isn't that accurate. There's a lot of anonymous buildings and scenery that just don't exist in real life. The roads seem pretty accurate, though.

 

Yeah I've only see alittle bit of it, mostly the main roads. Yeah I wasnt realy expecting them to have alot of the off road and smaller side roads about. And realy there isnt that many big buildings outside of Honolulu so they probably tossed stuff in there to break up the scenery alittle. The main road stuff I did see was interesting. I wonder if they have Republic St on there (Sonics)?

 

I think they have all the roads, but the buildings and stuff aren't there. I remember driving on the H1 and thinking that Oahu really looks peaceful with the huge open fields and trees they have right next to the highway

 

From the looks of it they made all the scenery like going up towards North Shore by the Dole Plantation.

 

that couldn't have been waianae in the beggining... I didn't see any tents pitched up on the beach with homeless crowding the area!!! nah nah... I work in waianae, and the roads seem a little similiar in the way it's directed, but the scenery has a lot of added buildings, and trees everywhere. Not too mentions the powerplant is on the wrong side of the road at tracks... but how's the other areas of that game? Like the north shore, or east cost??? I wouldn't mind picking that game up and checking out the other roads.....

From what I've heard, the game is garbage. I was watching a video of a Zonda driving the H3 coming from windward side... the tunnel is VERY strange looking. They also added like 2 lanes (understandable since you'll be racing through there at 150).

 

how is that different then real life?

 

Because it's only 2 lanes going through the tunnel and for the rest of H3. I'm talking on each side, not total. I don't remember any part of H3 that's more than 3 lanes (and that's because of a merge lane).

 

i meant the racing through it at 150 part.
