i would say meet at kakaako, but theres a lot of popo's there at night. Dont want to deal with them cause i know most of our cars is somewhat "illegal" So, how about we meet at ala moana parking structure, top floor, in the back of sears like around 7? roll out at 7:45.

Hey!!! that's on my 4 days off!! I might swing by that night. I need to take off my interfooler first though. Has anyone installed that CF intake duct on their Z yet? I had one for about 3 months now, but i'm not sure on how to install it, or with what type of screws.

Mine is varis. Its comes with a template and instructions. Just place it on the bumber, use a marker and draw the outline. The part that is difficult is cutting your Z's bumber, because if you F'k it up thats it....no turning back. get a sharp knife, the bumper cuts like butter. Got black screws from Lows but still darkend them with a black paint marker. The screws that came was shiny metal. Mine is really functional because its right were my intake is. Good luck.

The hardest part is getting yourself to cut your bumper. I used a dremel which made it nice and easy. I used black screws as well but you can also use rivets for a cleaner look.

did you have to make the holes for the screws on the duct bigger? the one on mine are very small, and i'm scared to drill the holes bigger, and crack the clear on the c.f.

Here's a post I made of a "how to install duct" I did waaaaaayyyyy back in June '06. AUTHENTIC Varis FTW.

BTW, go to sears and buy rivets and the tool for <$20. Much safer protecting a $200 investment (goddamn Varis!).

Oh, and you pretty much have to be that shaky dude with the weird voice in Police Academy to screw the cutting up.
