I bought it about a month ago tops...I barely use it for some reason...easier then getting your car dynoed everytime you put something on the car...I paid $234 shipped...

selling for $170...its in great condition...comes with box and everything...let me know...

It doesn't add any hp. Just guesstimates your hp.

go to there site for pics...it tells you that it doesn't measure hp or hp to the wheels but just below that...it takes wind and temperature into account...but its good for when you add parts to your car you can measure it again and see a difference...also does like quarter mile times and actually has like a dyno with a chart showing where your making peak power and drop offs...its a cool device but I need money for other parts right now...I just bought it... plugs into your cigarette lighter...really easy to use...

gtechpro.com...its the ss model...check it out and get back to me...

but it does measure hp just not the exact hp...go to the site and research it...lol im making it sound retarded...

I have one too that I bought on a group buy. I never ended up using it. It's been sitting in my gunsafe for a year or two. LOL

As far as accuracy I think for our purposes it's close enough. It really depends on how good the information you plug in is (vehicle weight is used to calculate how much hp/torque is required to get the vehicle to certain speeds).

Certain models are pretty cool as they allow you to download more than just estimated hp/torque.
