Official "The New and Improved Oahu Z" Who's Down!?
Best of luck to all of you guys. I am sure that with persistence and a cohesive core group, you guys will be okay. Going on the bases of a "family" type atmosphere and the foundation in basic friendship is the way to go. People change cars and events in ones lives change, but, friendship always endures.
Many of us do not have the same car as we once had when we first all got together, yet we still make it out to see each other, have dinners for birthdays, and/or special occasions. I am sure it will be the same in closeness for you guys as well.
I believe that Kamu and Joe are thinking the in the right direction in having a goal or creed per se in what the foundations of the group are to be. Its going to be what and how the others and the public perceive "you". Also it gives a foundation on what the direction of the group is, not only to others, but within the group as well. From there...skys the limit.
You guys are fortunate this time around to have someone(s) willing to step up to the plate and shoulder the burden and joys in making this happen. It really is not an easy task to keep a group of various people with such a broad background motivated and together. Everyone will need to support and work on keeping the group together and moving forward, I hope that all that agree to these two, follow through and really help them out. If I did not have the group that I once had, I know that all the things that "we" did would not have been possible and still stuck on the drawing board.
Once again, you guys are fortunate and I think that I am not going to wish you guys luck...since it is not luck that is going to make this happen....and it is not because of luck that it will happen. You ARE going to pull it off I am sure. See you on the road, and speed safe.
Oh yeah....and do it legally. LOL. Just kidding.

I'm down to support Oahu Z. For the few times I met up with you all, everyone is really cool and chill. Although going to school more than full time, working full time+ w/13 hour shifts(Joe seen me sweating out there!) and my other clubs MCOH and ZCOH + SCCA if i'm not out there, its not that i'm not supporting, just a little bit busy. I didn't order a shirt but would definitely like to jump in if theres another order, be safe
