oh shiet. i better get practicing up norfolks again. cause last time your beastly car was just too much for me! but it sure was nice to see a sexy z pulling. ****ing subies. time to come back to the dark side!
I take it your using a stock metal hood. I have a carbon fiber hood and the same thing is done to it as well and let me tell you, it looks nice but the damn hood is really super flimsy. I had to cowl the rear of the hood to keep it from flexing when I was driving at high speeds. Hopefully the metal will hold up better. If I was to do it all over again, I would have it done to a metal hood. Good luck on getting it finished. It looks nasty once its done.

Not really. Just the waiting for parts to get here. Finished the hood and just got word my rims are all fixed up and i opted for a different bronze this time. imo i like the looks of it better. Soon hopefully ill be back
Can you show a picture of the finished portion of the hood from unerneath. I am curious out that turned out. I inspected mine after seeing your pics and I noticed some places where things could have been done different. Just curious how you came along.
^^ Sure ill snap some pics when its all cleaned up. The placement of the vents are different and i believe your vent is also longer. The template that i had was off. I ended up making it longer but couldn't tell by how much. I just went by what looked structurally sound. I am curious though, how long is your vent?
