Yeah, it was pretty crazy... the guy used the tire as leverage to bend the fender in... I heard cracking, and hoped to God it wasn't the paint. turns out, it was the bat.

I thought it was a joke, yet it did the job somewhat...

no paint chipped and the fender is rolled slighty

but it's not what I recommend at all...
Your lucky - could have been WAY worse..

Using a bat is major fail..

I feel ya - I fix the cars here locally after this happens to them...but they have little waves in the fenders.. it takes awhile to get it all out - HEAT GUN is a MUST..

I witnessed this being done, and as mentioned, I was in shock. What was sad, not only did they use a bat, but Rod himself had to do it, because the guy wasn't able to roll it much. When we asked them about a fendor roller and heat gun, they said the bat technique was much better and safer for the fendors .......As mentioned do not go there, nor attempt this technique......HEAT GUN IS A MUST!!!

Yep, my paint is cracked under the fender. No comment on the situation...

I'm bothered and upset, but it already happened so all I can do is apply touch up paint. Why can't we have quality shops in town?

if its underneath- just lightly sandpaper and just do primer...it will do better with corrosion..
