This week I had planned to test fit some spacers 15mm for the front and 20mm for the rear and then I was going to do a photoshoot..........but I arrived home to this last night

A hit and run......I got home last night at 9:40pm when I noticed a Chrysler Seabring parked in front of me.....Once I parked my wife's car, I heard a car alarm go off, when I rushed out to check if it was my car....the Seabring was gone. When I checked my car it indeed was my alarm that went off.....The Chrysler reversed into my car and took off....Front bumper was cracked as seen in the picture, as well as other minor nics and scratches....Police report was filed so we will see what happens next.

it was literally bad timing. His Z is usually tucked away in the garage but during that short span of time...this $h!t happens.

I have been searching for the vehicle since the accident and I think I may have found it.... The vehicle was actually a Ford Taurus...When the vehicle was parked in front of my car it was 9:30 pm so it was kind of dark and what stood out to my was the badge on the trunk, which made me assume it was a chrysler Sebring, but today when driving home I noticed a vehicle with a similiar badge on the trunk, parked 2 blocks from where they accident occured. I pulled over and examined the car thoroughly and I am convinced that this is the vehicle that hit my car. There was damage on the rear bumper: scratches, a slight puncture, and what sealed the deal for me was the teal paint that was very faint on the rear bumper, as if he tried to wipe off. The car was dirty and had bird crap pretty much everywhere but where the teal paint was, the car was clean... Either way I called the police and they made me restate everything that happened on Sunday and then I presented the evidence to them. I showed him pics of my car aswell as the damage, and then I showed him the Taurus and I explained to him why I was convinced this was the vehicle that reversed into my car. Officer didn't really say much, aside from they were gonna follow up with the owner of the vehicle, but I pretty much gathered that I was SOL.....He indirectly told me there was not enough proof.
Here are some pics tell me what you think....
I have a few more, but they have the license plate number on them so I haven't had time to edit them......

The reason why I am convinced is because of the teal scuff marks that are found on the corner of his bumper...The scuffs marks on the car IMO would have been caused by the vehicle in front going forward then angling the car back to make a UTurn onto the main road. Many people do this, if not they would have to drive around the block to get on the mainroad. So, if he was to angle back(inorder to then make a U Turn) his driver side corner bumper would directly hit the middle portion of my bumper. Being that the UTurn was not made at a high speed, there is no silver scuff on my car, but reversing back, even at a slow speed on a slope, the impact of the corner bumper reversing into the bumper caused it to crack. Right where the bumper is cracked, not visible in the picture, there is a circle around the crack, of stressed paint...I am not an expert, but I finally found some type of evidence of this Hit and run.....so I have my fingers crossed
