Default need a good mechanic!

So I just recently started having engine trouble: p0171 and p0327 codes being thrown and engine won't start or will, but runs like crap, up and down, high idle, bogging down along with those codes relating to lean fuel and knock sensor circuit low reading (both bank 1). Anyway, I don't want to drive my car very far or at all, I live in Kailua, and am wondering if anyone here has had this problem, or knows a good mechanic to take it to for all the necessary trouble-shooting, diagnostics, and repairs, if necessary. I'd do it myself but I don't have the tools, and I think it would be faster if a knowledgable mechanic looked at it. Thanks in advance.

it could be a malfunction problem or an electrical problem. You should take it to the dealership. A lot of the guys in the mainland had problems like that. So I would prefere you take it to the dealers.

yet it can get expensive

david just went through some symptoms simliliar to yours

it ended out to be his stock cats going bad...

things to check

coil packs
spark plugs
throttle body
maf sensor
stock cats

I say take it to them for a check up to see if they find the problem if not do it yourself cause the time they take to find it will easily clear $2k
