they're both sorta noisy for my tastes.
what iso speed did you shoot with?
avoid shooting with long poles/trees directly behind your car. it looks like that light pole is growing out of your car and it is very distracting.

not bad, but exactly what calvin said, position the car so there arent poles or tree trunks growing out of the car and it'll look 10x better.

Yeah, I'm guilty of a flash in the 2nd shot. I shot at 200. I was driving around for about an hour trying to find a good place to shoot, because the clounds were rolling in and I wanted to take advantage of it.

It seems that you can (pre edit) your photo to turn out how you want it to, then fine tune it in PS. Atleast that's how I'm using it, I could be wrong.
