Default Point & Shoot is more than capable.

I was just reprocessing some old pics taken with my Fuji F11 point and shoot camera, before my trial expires with CS3, and damn, some of them are pretty good. Really didn't notice it at the time. I forgot I had taken these, and it surprised me.

And of course, critique is more than welcome.

see instead of buying that Xti you coulda bought more car parts!

You can visually see the lack of dynamic range from a point & shoot camera when compared to a dSLR. Most won't notice a difference, though.
