Turn your dial to "P" and then adjust the exposure meter (looks like this > -2..-1..0..1..2) so that you get a shot at at least 3 different exposures (one negative, 0 and one positive).

I get that part. I was under the assumption that there was a way to set up the camera to take 3 pictures (different exposures) simultaneously.

Most everyone on here uses Photomatix for the original HDR processing.

Yeah, JDub, try turning the light smoothing to the highest setting. It will them look less "cartoonish".
Josh, where at Zdayz did you get that shot? Looks good man.
