For processing? I shoot in RAW with bracketing, and depending on how the exposures look, will break them up into usable raw files in Adobe Lightroom. Then, I'll import them into Photomatix Pro and tone map them. After that, I'll take the combined image file back into Lightroom and tweak the exposure and color balance. Finally, I'll move it into photoshop and make final tweaks.
