thinking about getting a D70 and took a few random pictures with a borrowed one today. I am still new to the whole SLR camera thing, and this is the first time i've used the D70...let me know...

I like the photos. Very nice. (I am mucho stinkage at photography)

 

lower your ISO next time. Looks like your up at 1600. Hence the grainy look

 

yea i think its because i was messing around wid the pics on photoshop...but thanks for the compliment

White Balance is your friend!

ISO is definately funny. Why are your pictures so yellow or blue? Where you messing with the color filters?

 

i js said im 17 because i dont know many people my age that are into photography, but yea i was js messing with the filters the originals are a bit more bland and a bit darker because of the weather, i js hink these looked a lil better.

 

come to NYC. Ive met tons of teens here (15-18 year olds) who were damn near pros with photography. They even have portfolios all set up to show off their work.

 

I lived in queens (bellerose) and went to martin van buren HS there. I knew of a lot of people who were good and were class mates there, thats how i got into it. Dont know very many people here tho...

 

I'm only 18, and I'm also into photography too man. Thinking about getting the Canon 40D next month! =)

BTW, nice pictures. There a little dark imo though

thnx for the compliments...but yea still learnin and i have a long ways to go...js a start. and yea i shall fix the ISO and white balance next time...

 

How much? Any lenses?

 

I'm no pro, but I have been into photography for a while:

1. ISO too high
2. Some pics need more sharpening
3. White balance\filter use make the color too off for my tastes
4. Focus. In the Nissan logo case, I would have shifted the focus more to the Nissan logo, rather than the grill.
