Default Dust on a D40

I recently bought a D40 about a week and a half ago, and recently, I've noticed this black spot in almost all of my pictures. I've cleaned every glass piece on the camera and lens that I can fit a microfiber cloth onto ... Here. A picture is worth a thousand words, right? I don't know what to do now? Take it to a Penn Camera or Ritz?

Try a rocket blower (I think that is the name). Any camera shop should have something that you can use to get dust particules off the sensor.

use your mirror lock-up function and using an air blower just blow some air on your sensor. DO NOT touch it with anything. Microfiber etc...

Well ****. I think I used the microfiber cloth on it a little ... Shouldn't do too much, right?

Edit: My dad has some of that keyboard air sprayer stuff. That's ok, right?

Air sprayer stuff, I'd be worried about that since it is compressed.
Just find an air compressor somewhere, mirror lock your d40 and clean it up a bit.

Oh ok ... I tried mirror lock (I didn't know what it meant in the menu ... No I didn't read the instruction manual). I just blew on it and it seems to have gone away ... Thanks for the info, guys!
