Default Practice shots with Rebel XS. BIG AS5 Pictures! 56k = no way

I just finished charging the battery so i decided to take a few flicks around the house.(2nd day w/camera). BTW.. Don't ask me anything technical. I just know that it's the kit lense on manual mode..

lol' i can't wait till tommorow...our garden should look great in the afternoon.. I need to know what all these functions do though.. i keep hitting the ISO button, but i don't know what the numbers mean... Maybe I'll buy a book

ISO numbers mean the sensitivity of the camera... low numbers 100/200 is good for outdoors, high numbers are for low light or action shots... low ISO numbers is better quality image, and hight ISO is more graininess, but more versatile...

Don't use the built-in flash.
Use a tripod!
