I took this pic back in October did some editing on it let me know what you think my first time doing this let me know how i did

i used a Nikon d40 it was on auto so had to do some editing

Nice light.

Have you tried a tighter crop on it? I would be curious to see what that would do for it.

i gotta say. this is a really nice shot. the sepia tone and the simplicity of it works well for it

exif info seems to be:
Exposure- 1/125
Iso- 320
Aperture- f/5.6
at 18mm

its a great start in my opinion and some PP could really make this a hang-on-your-waller. its not in sepia tone, thats just the color of the subject and background. id like to see a black and white version and a sepia version.

nice pic......like people stated try and crop more....and try and mess with the shadow/highlight feature in photoshop.......you want to create an atmosphere in the photo.
