Finally pulled the trigger = Nikkor 70-200/2.8G VRII
As the title says I decided to get a real lens. Now I just need to learn more...

Still getting used to this - I've only used my kit lense before this (17-135/3.5;5.6)
I know one thing - it's a bit heavy and under a summer Texas sun it gets a bit HOT. - Though I like the fact it's made of metal.

I got the headlights from clearcorners.com , considering I had to buy 06 headlights and such it wasn't very cheap at all

Awesome lens purchase! I was gonna get that lens at one point until I got my hands on a sigma 70-200mm for $400. So I couldn't resist. Anyway, nice car, pics, and lens!

My gf just got that lens a couple weeks ago. I've been playing with it on my D700 since then and never want to take it off. The start of the Holy Trinity... LOL

I want that lens so bad! I thought spending 1000 on a dslr camera was all I needed to take pictures like that but mine come no where near those! I need one! clean car btw
