Wheel Chop Request

can someone help me chop my OEM wheels to a flat black with a thin body matched blue lip. Also the same thing with the Rays 6 Spoke Track Wheels. Heres a few pics to help.

forget the track wheels, just the first pics with black wheels and a blue lip... anyone???
