Still July, and it appears the retail has been set at $1290, but I will confirm with Cosworth on Monday.

I think the reason why your question has not been answered is because this is a new item, it has not been tested yet....no one knows what the "real world" gains will be.

You're one of those guys that big name companies love to @ss rape with their high priced and "superior R&D" and take it with a smile. That's like paying twice what other (just as good) BBK setups cost for Brembo b/c they are "the best". ROFL, indeed. I don't suppot products blindly, riding on a company's reputation; I support products with proven real world gains, REGARDLESS of who the manufacturer is.

^ +2. Thats a good point.

I really hope this plenum shows gains that are not achievable with spacer / mrev combo. I have faith in cosworth as a company, but as stated above Im not going to be convinced at a $1300 price point while blinded by there name/status in the racing world. Cant wait for some dyno proven facts to make this thread of 27 pages worth while haha. Regardless, Im glad a solid company like cosworth is out there focused on making more power for our VQ.

Remember that most poeple on this site have the spacer or mrev already in there Z's engine bay. Its probably the most popular mod on the site aside from the popcharger. So cosworth will have to show a substantial difference for people to switch there existing motordyne set-ups out... at the price of $1300. This plenum is probably not a good decision for the masses when considering these points ^. Now for people will heavy NA or FI set-ups who will feel the real gains, there will be no comparison Im sure.
