no leaks so far. in addition to the gasket cord Cosworth uses. they suggest using another sealant on top of that.. which is what i did. and so far with 18+ psi runs on the dyno and some track laps. been holding up great.
the only thing is the bracket that holds the fuel lines/regulator snapped off the CF endcap.. might need to reglue it back on..

Very interested in your results.
Are you still on the original PE Turbos? Also did you upgrade your intercooler?
i'm running like two step ups on the wastegate springs. but still stock PE 1420 turbos that came with the kit-
same intercooler. just changed the charge pipe from 'cool' end of ic to throttle body. its all one long tube now (sorta like what the prototype pieces were) instead of the stupid bends to accomodate the OEM maf housing.
sorry i didnt have time to scan the pict. so i used my camera phone.. the graph before isnt the smoothest, tried to find one of the runs that was before (Black line.. back in may).. and the line in red was same boost level setting (i.e. didnt touch it) and slight retune after the plenum install (done back in july). all was using 91 pump gas. technosq reflash... this was done on technosquare's superflow dyno.. which is about 16% less than dynojet dynos...
you can see from the torque i gained alot in the midrange. and HP pulled all the way to redline..
after this we tuned up the boost even more and got some more power. but the tq and hp lines were similar..
